Sunburst Services follows the process and exceeds all standards set by ICT on every job. We have been using ICT products in every scenario imaginable for over 10 years in the Space Coast and are confident of the outcome.

Because of this, you will get a warranty covered by both the Sealant Manufacturer and the Sealant Contractor. It shows that the contractor you are hiring is dedicated to offering only the highest grade service and products available on the market to date. You have made a large investment in your pavers, whether they are concrete, travertine or another material, and your investment deserves only the best process and product on the market. 

Certified Paver Sealing is Sunburst Services’ specialty. It is our main business. Most other companies offer paver sealing as an add-on. Hence, they do not got through the extra work of becoming certified by the sealant manufacturer, trained by them and do not have a personal relationship with the sealant manufacturer. This means most companies have little to no training, they are learning on the job and have no actual warranty from  the sealant manufacturer. 

Regarding paver installation companies who offer paver sealing an add-on: The majority use subcontractors who perform the sealing process at a highly discounted rate so that the installers can make more profit. These subcontractors are often handymen who do many things for many different companies and offer no warranty for the quality or longevity of the work. Why would you trust your investment to anyone less than the Premier Certified Paver Sealing contractors? 

Sunburst Services utilizes a hot-water machine that cleans by heating the water up to 200 degrees. This is similar to most commercial dishwashing machines. Using hot water on surfaces is extremely important for the same reason dishes are washed in hot-water, not cold water. Because you want the dishes to be clean!

When hot water is used to wash a surface, it not only knocks the debris off of the surface, it also immediately kills any mold or mildew on the surface. It also naturally, without chemicals, releases stubborn stains such as oil, rust, mineral deposits and more. 

The industry wisdom says- you know you are looking at a professional power washing company when they use a hot-water unit, because only hot-water truly cleans.

Did you know that cold water pressure rinsing can actually make your surfaces more dirty? Using just cold water pressure actually forces dirt, mold and mildew deeper into the surface, where mildew will only strengthen and come back worse than before. 

Cold water pressure washers are often called "water broomers". This is because essentially all they are doing is brooming off unwanted debris. There is no real cleaning being performed. The surface is just as contaminated, if not more, than before. The only time a cold water pressure washing can actually clean is when harsh chemicals are used after the high pressure rinse. This often has negative, sometimes devastating consequences for the surrounding areas. 

Hot water washing is the only method that actually kills all contaminants, removes oil based contaminants and provides a long term, deep clean with the use of only water. The choice is simple and clear!
