1. We hot-water wash the entire area to be sealed twice. Hot water by itself actually kills all organic matter (such as mold, mildew, weeds, etc.) in the pavers and removes many stains. We will use custom proportioned, industrial level chemicals to remove stains on an as-needed basis.

3. We use a custom airless sprayer to apply as many coats of sealant as is necessary for the job. We also offer many custom sealing options such as semi-transparent tint additive to truly restore old pavers or change the look of pavers. We also offer industrial non-slip additive to make slippery areas safer.

We offer a ICT impregnating sealer that is invisible and wildly effective at repelling water and stains. This product is extremely effective when applied to concrete, bricks, non-glazed roof tiles, travertine, limestone and many other porous and cementitous surfaces. Tired of HOA dirty sidewalk and roof tile notices? This is the perfect way to have your concrete areas cleaned & sealed once and then forget about it.

We use a high-end commercial 200 degree hot-water power washer that actually cleans into the substrate and kills all mildew. This hot water is paired with a commercial surface cleaner that cleans and rinses all debris away. This process keeps your cleaned surfaces looking great for much longer than standard power washing. For paver sealing preparation, all surfaces are hot water washed twice to ensure contaminant removal.

Soft washing exclusively utilizes low pressure tools to apply eco-friendly mold and mildew soap mixture that actually cleans into the substrate and kills all mildew. This soap rinse is paired with a low pressure, commercial, 200 degree hot-water washer that safely cleans and rinses all debris off of the structure. When needed, we will follow up the wash with a soap neutralizing and plant-loving proprietary fertilizer blend. This process keeps your cleaned surfaces looking great for much longer than standard power washing.

Gutter & downspout clearing involves clearing all gutters, making sure all downspouts are free-flowing, removing all debris from the roof and finishing up with a commercial grade blower to remove any fine debris left behind. Depending on severity of gutter congestion, we might suggest installing gutter strainers to ensure proper downspout flow- even when gutters are filled with debris.
